Progress Update #17

Progress Update #17

– March 2020 Update –

Welcome to the WARSURGE March update for 2020.

Local playtests are underway. We are gathering feedback and continuing work as this test phase continues. In the next month or so, we hope to have it available for global play tests (for select players with android phones).

We have plans to allow WARSURGE to work on many devices, including computers. More info on that will be available as we continue to make progress.

In terms of game development, we are currently focusing on:

1) Inserting photos and images into the rulebook (currently up to final section, Narrative games)
2) Adjustments to Perks and Stats for game balance in play tests
3) Preparing for app stores

In the play tests, the current focus is the competitive (PvP) part of the game. Both playstyles of Standard (armies) and Advanced (skirmishes) are being tested.

Narrative games are being worked on for play tests, which include single player, cooperative and special PvP. We hope to have these progressively available over the next month.
