Welcome to the September 2021 news update for WARSURGE.
In the app department, we are finishing work on a new app feature: to allow the import of profile data with text codes as an alternative to QR Codes. There are two ways we are going to offer this feature: 1) In the Units area, there will be an ‘Import’ tab, alongside Factions and Armouries. There will be links to external sites that are trusted by the Warsurge Team to provide premade factions for download. 2) When using QR Scan and Share QR buttons anywhere in the app, you’ll have the option to copy or import a text code. There are a handful of Perk and cost adjustments in the works, and there are some new Perks on the way as well! We shall announce more of these details when the next version update of Warsurge is available, likely to begin roll out in the next 1-2 weeks. Last week we launched a new Narrative mission, a competitive sport game called Basketbrawl. We are currently working toward increasing our selection of Party (Co-op) Narrative missions. The first of these is the Den of Dread, which is undergoing some final tests. Another new Party Narrative is being prepared for initial play tests. Models in photo by Avatars of War.
